Sending Money to Philippines through Ria in Thailand

I've just known this money remittance center called Ria which  rate is quite higher than that of other remittance centers. Their Thai-Ph Peso rate as of August 1,2018 is 1.69 baht. This rate is 3 point higher than that of others. This is my second time sending money from Thailand to Philippines through Ria therefore I can say it's legit.
In the form that you'll fill out, you'll be ask about the ID that the receiver will use in claiming the amount, you'd also be asked about the ID number so list  or know the ID they'll be using and note the ID number beforehand.
