How to get to Tacloban from Surigao City

1.Lipata Terminal in Surigao City (Surigao to Liloan Leyte via Ferry Boat)
Ticket costs: Php300 for Ordinary , Php360 for Bussiness Class
Duration: Almost 3 Hours
Here you will first buy a ticket bound to Liloan,Leyte. The ticket booth for Liloan,Leyte bound ferries could be found near the Lipata port entrance.

2.Liloan,Leyte Port (Liloan,Leyte to Tacloban via Bus)
Fare cost: paid 250 (the driver said it's 250 from liloan to Tacloban
Duration: 4 hours
Upon arrival at Liloan, you'll see few Bus . Approach the bus drivers/conductors and ask them where to ride bound to Tacloban. Right after I got off the ferry , i asked the bus driver who was sitting near the bus where to ride bound to Tacloban. The driver said they're going to be dropping by the area so I asked if there's still space for me. Eventually, I made my way to Tacloban through that bus.
**From liloan port, it's recommended to have your supper already for the next bus stop would only then be at Tacloban, after the 3-4 hours travel.**

3. Tacloban Bus Terminal (Abucay)
Fare from Tacloban Bus terminal to downtown -Php150 via tricycle


Going Home Tacloban to Surigao City
1.Tacloban Bus terminal (Abucay) to Surigao Bound Bus Terminal
Fare :20
Duration: 10-15 minutes
Usual Time of Departure : morning, afternoon, 6:00pm, 8:00 pm
*Look for buses parked at the Abucay terminal and ask where to ride for Surigao Bound Bachelor*
*You'll be told to ride on one of the buses in there. The conductor will tell you if you're already at the terminal for Surigao Bound buses.*


2. Surigao bound bus terminal / mindanao bound bus terminal
Fare: Tacloban to San Ricardo port via Bus 400 (320 for sp)
Duration : 4 hours
3.San Ricardo Port to Surigao City (via Ferry Boat)
Fare: 140 ticket fee + 17 terminal fee
Duration: 1 hour+ or almost an hour
